Booking & Cancellation Policy

Whilst the dates & prices for the courses are correct at the time of publication, Bodden Cross Studio reserves the right to make alterations to dates, times, experience day content & prices.

Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment.

Amendments to bookings may be made up to 28 days prior to the date of the experience day. If you find you are unable to attend an experience day less than 28 days before the date of the experience day you are welcome to send someone else in your place. We regret that the course fees will only be refunded if we are able to fill your place. These rules apply equally to gift voucher bookings.

If through unavoidable circumstances Bodden Cross Studio has to cancel an experience day, all course fees will be refunded in full or if you wish, transferred to another experience day. We will not refund any other costs you may have incurred in advance, such as travel and accommodation.

Bodden Cross Studio shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to experience day participants, spectators or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by Bodden Cross Studio, its agents or employees.

Woodturning, wood carving and any other projects in the Studio involves the use of tools and machinery that are potentially harmful. A safety briefing is given at the beginning of your day in the Studio, however participants are responsible for their own safety and Bodden Cross Studio cannot be held liable for any injury that may occur on your day.
